Worth taking. Astragalus is an adaptogenic herb that may help with chronic fatigue syndrome. I plan to take this for a while and then switch to another adaptogen. I bought this product for EBV treatment. After taking two capsules a day, my readings normalised, but chronic fatigue syndrome remains an ongoing issue. Despite this, it has been beneficial for colds, helping my recovery.
